Mitchell offers custom and semi-custom coaching programs which are based on athlete input and current scientific research. At the beginning of every coach-athlete relationship Mitchell sits down with the athlete either in person or over the phone and has a discussion about the athlete's schedule, goals, athletic background, and injury history. With this information Mitchell creates a training plan through the online coaching tool and workout log, TrainingPeaks.com. He reviews the athlete's uploaded data, and workout comments each week using this information to provide feedback and plan future workouts. In supplement to the training plan athletes have the ability to work with Mitchell one on one for personal training. During each session he focuses on improving form, injury prevention, and increased efficiency through verbal corrections, demonstration and in the field video analysis using the Ubersense Ipad application.
